DESFire® Vario Proximity Card Reader

The DESFire Vario Proximity Card Reader provides a complete open standard DESFire smart card RFID solution compatible with DESFire EV1 Cards, MIFARE Classic MAD (MIFARE Application Directory), and ESN/CSN decoding.

Compatible with ALL Wiegand data capable control systems and allows rapid deployment of secure DESFire RFID technology in any environment.

Multiple Format

The DESFire Vario Proximity Card Reader offers superior functionality and independent operation using open DESFire technology. Capable of decoding and sending up to 128 Bits of information in the Wiegand format.

Technology Migration

Migration from legacy and insecure low frequency technology (125KHz) can easily be achieved using the dual technology DESFire Proximity ISO Cards that incorporate both the high frequency and low frequency card inlays. Program the card using ICTs universal programmer with the specific site and card number required.
